Health Care Aides provide essential care, support, and comfort to patients, in avariety of health care settings, making them vital members of the health-careteam.This one-year Niitsitapi HCA Certificate Program will provide you with the opportunity to gainknowledge and develop the skills necessary to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of yourpatient, via direct care and support services. A First Nation-infused program, that incorporates theBlackfoot language, customs, and traditions into the Government of Alberta curriculum.
